Your role
Help drive first class customer service
Supervise and mentor inhouse customer service team
Set KPI's and objectives
Work closely with internal teams to drive business and good practises
Undertake account management of key clients
Dealing with customer queries and complex issues when needed
Reporting
Attend customer review meetings on site
General admin
Ideal Candidate
Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Experience of training / mentoring and supervising customer service advisor
High level attention to detail
