Based in London with a salary £60k £80k Reporting to the Technical Director of Maintenance, the Mechanical Maintenance Manager will take full responsibility of the mechanical maintenance department delivering multiple minor projects across their diverse contract portfolio. Typical project values: £50k - £250k. About you: You will hold a Mechanical biased Degree aligned with Building Services Maintenance (or equivalent experience) Have previously held a Senior Maintenance Manager position Have managed small to medium sized Maintenance Teams Have delivered multiple inception to completion maintenance projects in live environments Have experience of building services and fabric maintenance contracts Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package Have good working knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to join an organisation that is on the upward trajectory and winning some fantastic and very high-profile contracts across the capital.
