Sample Coordinator
Offering Circa. £24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary plus Benefits
Our client is an established FMCG business supplying a variety of products to the UK market. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting a Sample Coordinator to join their procurement team based at their Head Office in Leeds.
The Sample Coordinator will provide administrative support to the procurement team throughout the full product life cycle, coordinating with the wider business to ensure all product information is correct including new line set up, price management & promotion activity.
Sample Coordinator - Key Duties
* Administration support throughout product supply chain.
* Consolidating and posting samples new for our client’ sales team.
* Aiding with Launch Plans and artwork proofs.
* Supporting with supplier management and communication.
* Updating the procurement team and wider business regarding any delays or problems with suppliers, purchase orders and NPD.
* Use of Excel to monitor weekly stock reports.
* Researching new products and suppliers whilst maintaining records of supplier contracts.
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
* Staying up-to-date and reporting on market trends.
* Ensure products are set up on time using critical paths.
* Managing and maintaining customer showroom.
Sample Coordinator – Requirements
* Good administration skills with an interest in procurement.
* Intermediate Excel skills with an ability to create basic formulas and manipulate data.
* Have great attention to detail, be highly organised, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
The Sample Coordinator position is offering Circa. £24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary plus Benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our client’s office in Leeds.
