Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to their busy team. The role is an 8-month maternity cover.
Duties:
* Provide an efficient and effective Executive support service to three Directors
* Manage the Directors’ complex diaries, including arranging meetings and events, travel, and room bookings
* Take accurate formal minutes, drafting agendas and noting follow-up actions
* Act as the first point of contact, handling calls and queries
* Office management
Experience:
* Provided secretarial / administrative support to a Director
* Experience of administering board level committees including minute taking
* Exceptional organisational and administration skills
* Knowledge of the full range of administrative processes
