We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Department as a Home Delivery & Local Marketing Specialist, on a 12 month contract. The position will focus on planning, executing and reporting on multi-channel targeted marketing activity, including targeted coupons, emails and affiliated channels. This role will report into Marketing Manager - Digital Performance This is a hybrid role operating over a four and a half day working week. Based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office. Some of your responsibilities will include: Home Delivery Responsible for forward-planning and execution of Home Delivery targeted marketing plans including Test and Learn strategies to acquire new customers, drive purchase frequency and basket stretch Weekly reporting on campaign performance with a focus on continuous improvement, incrementality and Return On Investment Management of key affiliate stakeholders to drive new customer acquisition Supporting the wider Digital and Online team to deliver against sales budget and forecasts Support on budget management, strategic materials and reporting tools. Follow best practice to ensure all communications and activities are compliant with customer data regulations. Local Input into the Local Marketing test and learn strategy, support in executing trials across relevant media channels, trade plan and report back on the learnings, including recommendations to improve or for further trials. Responsible for the creation and execution of loyalty offer plans through app, coupon and email channels Collaborating with wider marketing teams to achieve set KPIs for stores going through Competitor Impacts and Fresh Looks Supporting strong marketing package for new store openings Supporting Local Events through tailored loyalty plans Weekly reporting on campaign performance with a focus on continuous improvement, incrementality and Return On Investment Support on budget management, strategic materials and reporting tools.
