Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties
1. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
2. Manage office correspondence and communications
3. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
4. Handle phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette
5. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked
6. Assist with basic bookkeeping using Xero and Brightpay
7. Computerize information for easy access and retrieval
8. Paying wages
9. Invoicing
Qualifications
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
2. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
3. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
