Job Title: Working Foreman
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced working foreman to oversee all aspects of the workshop process.
In this role you will be responsible for motivating and influencing the manufacturing workforce to successfully deliver orders to standards and KPIs including health and safety, quality, cost, and customer service, together with improving overall performance. You will implement new processes and identify ways to reduce costs.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience of working with metal fabrication, jig production work, and paint finishing is required. PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
1. To manage the workload of all the operatives to ensure that all orders are achieved within the delivery dates.
2. To coordinate as well as oversee the workflow through to the workshop.
3. To organise the team to deliver high-quality work and to control the quality process and ensure targets are met.
4. To report on the progress of production regularly in meetings and to be able to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. To ensure everyone is working with health and safety protocols in mind.
6. Complete daily production records.
7. Ordering stock and maintaining stock levels.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
