Main job objectives:-
This role is designed to support our Senior Account Manager by handling day-to-day sales and marketing tasks, as well as daily administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and growing within the sales and marketing field.
Requirements of the Job Holder:-
* Previous administration experience advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to use own initiative and think outside of the box.
Main Tasks, Responsibilities and Competences:-
* Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
* Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
* Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
* Maintain and update customer databases.
* Coordinate and attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Account Manager.
* Support and Coordinate Logistic and 3rd Party suppliers.
* Support and liaise with customer account.
* Customer document handling, processes and procedures.
Other Skills
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Willing to travel.
* Driver licence.
