Role Title: SME - Token Management Implementation BU/Segment: Banking / Analytics Location: United Kingdom (Flexible hybrid) Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract / Umbrella Contractor Summary of the role: This Subject Matter Expert role is pivotal in delivering a token-based payment system integration with Apple Pay and Google Pay. The successful candidate will lead the technical implementation of the Visa Token Management System, ensuring readiness and seamless functionality. This includes defining technical requirements, managing the implementation lifecycle, and driving product excellence through collaboration and data-driven decision-making. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Define product technical requirements, API interfaces, and roadmaps. Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Testing, etc.) using Agile methodology. Write detailed requirements for development teams. Perform launch activities, including integration support, guides, and training. Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future roadmaps. Incorporate market and customer feedback into product development Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role: Deep expertise in token management systems and practical experience overcoming implementation challenges. Strong familiarity with API interfaces and Agile project leadership. Background in organisations such as Visa, Amex, WorldPay, or similar is highly desirable.
