Job Description Job title: Renewals Account Executive Salary: DOE Location: Northampton Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Renewals Account Executive to join our clients team. As a Renewals Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for existing accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services. Develop and execute renewal strategies to ensure maximum retention and revenue growth. Prepare and present renewal proposals, negotiate terms, and close renewal deals. Track and analyse renewal metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in the renewal process. Qualifications GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). A levels (desirable). CII Certification would be advantageous, or a willingness to work towards it. Experience Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Day-To-Day Engage with clients to understand their needs and present renewal options. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth renewal process. Track and manage renewal timelines and milestones. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to management on renewal progress and challenges.
