As a Senior Configuration Manager / Analyst you will play an integral part in ensuring the Epic EPR will be configured in the most appropriate way to suit the clinical transformation required as part of this One Devon Implementation.
You will work closely with colleagues from across Torbay and South Devon, Royal Devon, University Hospitals Plymouth as part of the One Devon Implementation Team ensuring Epic is implemented to deliver care in both a clinically and financially sustainable way throughout Devon.
What You'll Do:
* Lead with Precision: Track, report, and oversee the configuration build of your assigned module, ensuring top-notch delivery.
* Build and Learn: Engage in training to master complex Epic skills while taking on configuration build tasks.
* Drive Success: Combine your clinical, operational, or IT knowledge with stellar project and people management skills to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings.
