As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager, who will mentor and support the right candidate.
Operating as a true generalist you will have the opportunity to contribute to the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally.
As a HR Advisor, your day to day duties will include: Managing a caseload of ER issues; mainly surrounding absence management Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law ER related matters including investigations, grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding Leading on projects such as Staff Engagement & Surveys HR Reporting to provide regular updates to Senior Leadership team Supporting with end to end recruitment requirements Benefits include: Hybrid Working Free Travel 33 Days Annual Leave
