We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Part-time Marketing Manager to join our client’s award-winning homecare and live-in company at their busy office in Ringwood, Hampshire.
About the role
As a Part-time Marketing Manager, you will champion customer and carer marketing and communications across the organisation as well as writing and implementing an integrated marketing plan and your responsibilities will include:
1. Working with the Director to develop, manage, implement the marketing strategy and lead on its implementation
2. Prepare monthly and timely reports ready for the Director with observations and insight on KPIs
3. Update microsites on a regular basis and optimise content for SEO
4. Support HR & Recruitment Manager to organise local events in line with customer and carer marketing strategy
5. Work closely with Director on HR & Recruitment to optimise Recruitment Marketing strategy for care staff and office roles
6. Create and publish engage content across all social media platforms
7. Manage company Social Media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
About You
The role of Part-time Marketing Manager is ideally suited to someone who is keen to explore all aspects of the marketing mix. Social Care is a high growth, fast-moving industry where no two days are ever the same and you must have / be:
8. Excellent WordPress skills
9. Strong Written and Verbal communication
10. Strong IT skills
11. Experience of utilising Google Analytics and Google Paid Search
12. Experience of both Customer and Candidate Marketing Strategies
13. Experience of enhancing SEO performance
14. Experience of using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Video Editing Software’s
About the rewards
As Part-time Marketing Manager, you will work 16 to 20 hours per week Monday to Friday and there is a salary on offer of circa £30,000 to £40,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience plus you will receive:
