We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office Administrator. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our team.
Responsibilities:
1. To work with the customer service team and react to customer requests and prioritise dependant on an SLA and contractual standpoint.
2. The ability to prioritise your time and be extremely proactive, looking around corners and mitigating problems in advance.
3. Managing customer calls, emails and queries, from the first point of contact to the resolution.
4. Creating, sending and following up on quotes for customers.
5. Communicating with customers about the status of jobs or any outstanding quotations.
6. Communicating with original equipment manufacturers about warranty approvals.
7. Ensuring all data is uploaded accurately onto the online system.
8. Working alongside Managers to problem solve, escalating any queries as necessary.
9. Setting up service appointments on Salesforce and ensuring the appointment's status is correct.
10. Maintaining a high standard of professionalism with both customers, engineers and fellow team members.
Experience:
11. Previous experience handling customer queries and problem solving complaints would be advantageous.
12. Experience in a customer service setting would be advantageous.
13. Working within a team.
Requirements:
14. We are looking for individuals who are keen to provide strong, customer-focused, quality service. You will be liaising with our customers and engineers on a day-to-day basis.
15. Comfortable in a role where each day presents different challenges and fast-paced situations, tasks move and change at pace.
16. Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbally.
17. High-levels of organisation and time keeping abilities, able to multitask efficiently.

18. Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5.00pm
Education:
19. GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
