Responsibilities:
1. Regularly communicate with clients to address queries and project requirements
2. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, live vacancies, and reports
3. Approve expenses within a designated limit and track costs effectively
4. Send candidate profiles to clients for review and monitor feedback
5. Identify new professionals and coordinate team efforts to ensure seamless working transitions
6. Onboard new candidates by issuing contracts and managing compliance documents
7. Maintain contracts and handle any necessary changes
Requirements:
1. Good results in Maths and English
2. Full UK Driving Licence
3. Health and Safety awareness
4. Excellent communication skills and a drive to achieve targets
5. Ability to liaise effectively with different teams
6. Understanding of the recruitment process with strong attention to detail
