About the Role - They are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive alignment, efficiency, and insights across their revenue-generating teams. In this critical role, you will work closely with the Head of Revenue to optimize processes, tools, and data management, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Operational Strategy: Develop and manage scalable systems, processes, and tools that support revenue growth and team efficiency.
* CRM Management: Optimize the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
* Sales Enablement: Partner with the VP of Global Revenue to streamline sales processes, shorten deal cycles, and maximize pipeline efficiency.
* Revenue Analytics: Create and present dashboards and reports to provide insights into revenue performance, including forecasting, pipeline health, and churn metrics.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by implementing unified processes and tools.
Qualifications:
* 3–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
* Proven expertise in optimizing and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue tools.
* A solid understanding of the Web3 space is a significant advantage.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on revenue metrics and data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and marketing funnel analytics.
* Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
