Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure business growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage company operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Oversee document revisions to ensure clarity and professionalism.
3. Lead the team in achieving company goals and meeting project deadlines.
4. Communicate effectively in English and Chinese with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
5. Utilize office software efficiently for planning, reporting, and organization.
Qualifications:
1. Strong written and spoken English skills.
2. Proficient communication skills in Chinese (conversational level).
3. Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
4. Good command of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
5. Background in business, translation, economics, finance, blockchain, or AI preferred.
6. Simultaneous interpretation skills are a plus.
7. Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
