Electrical Engineer role in Bury St Edmunds £45,000 Monday - Friday Day shifts - 42 hour week - 08:00 - 16:30 - O vertime double time - Cycle to work scheme - 8% Pension contributions - Perkbox benefits - Health Insurance Cover - Free Parking- 6x Death in Service - Training and Development Opportunities Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance· Perform repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment· Support the installation of new equipment· Ensure all repairs are documented· Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and neat work area· Complete all paperwork neatly and correctly· Participate in BOPEX (continuous improvement) program· Comply with all procedures, regulation and policies applicable.· Stop and report unsafe operations and use mandatory PPE as defined.· Offer flexibility in working hours subject to business needsIdeally we are looking for someone with : The successful candidate will have completed their NVQ Level engineering electrically bias. Ideally with experience working in heavy plant environment appx 5 years Experience working on PLC and SCADA control system. Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rockwell and Fanuc. Work experience in a FMCG environment (food and beverage would be an advantage). Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques is preferred. Food Hygiene certificate Clean driving license
