We offer a range of wellness treatments aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Spa Head Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the front-of-house team
*
Manage bookings, enquiries, and client check-in/out processes
*
Liaise with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations
*
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally
*
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and spa area
*
Train new team members and ensure ongoing development of the reception team
* Manage invoicing, payments and Cashing up procedures
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a receptionist or supervisory role within a spa setting
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
*
Confident with booking systems and general computer skills
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Flexiable availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
