* Deliver exceptional care and educational experiences aligned with the EYFS framework, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
* Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and activities.
* Ensure the safety, well-being, and welfare of all children in your care, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
* Support children's development through creative and engaging activities, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Keep accurate records of each child's growth and milestones, tracking their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (required), demonstrating your expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality childcare services.
* NVQ Level 2 applicants will be considered, ideally with experience in caring for babies or toddlers, who can demonstrate their ability to adapt and learn.
* Minimum of 1-year experience in a nursery or childcare setting (required), showcasing your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues.
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, allowing you to develop and implement effective educational programs that meet the needs of every child.
* Experience with online learning journals (preferred but not essential), demonstrating your willingness to embrace technology and innovative approaches to childcare.
