This includes: To be a part of the team offering psychological support to NHS staff in the acute sector To offer individual, group and team psychological assessments, formulations and interventions where appropriate. To understand the needs of staff in different settings and to be part of a team conceptualising innovative strategies to aid delivery of support. To work closely with a wide team of Psychological Therapists and multidisciplinary colleagues in delivering a sustainable, informed staff support model. To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice.
