1. Managing and improving the estimating process.
2. Lead Tender Submissions
3. Reviewing Subcontractor Quotes
4. Reviewing, Submitting & Controlling Variations
5. Managing RFI’s
6. Preparing & Submitting Valuations
7. Identifying Value Engineering Opportunities
8. Ensuring Contract Adherence
9. Developing Relationships with Clients for Opportunities
Full-Time Core hours are 08:30 to 17:00 but we would expect you to get to the site promptly to attend meetings as required and to ensure the Client’s expectations are met as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
10. Estimating experience/Qualification within the commercial refurbishment environment.
11. Experience / Knowledge in Commercial Contracts desirable
12. Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
13. Comfortable working within a small yet fast paced business in a stand-alone role
14. Flexible and pragmatic in approach
15. Strong IT Skills
