£23,920 per annum plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Purpose of the Role:
1. Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards.
2. Ensure all linen, cutlery, glasses, and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.
3. Answer the telephone to take food & beverage orders, maximising revenue where possible.
4. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
5. Anticipate our guest's needs and provide exceptional service to enhance their stay.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
7. Handle guest orders, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience:
1. The ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
2. Strong communication skills with both team members and guests.
3. Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a room service or F&B setting.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
