About the role
As an IFS Service Desk Coordinator, you’ll be part of the BMT support team, offering essential administrative and documentation support to the IFS Product Owner, the IFS Product Manager, and all IFS users.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day administration and maintenance of BMT’s ERP system
* Diagnosing and resolving system issues through a dedicated Service Desk
* Supporting IFS users by delivering timely and professional assistance
* Assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the IFS system
* Helping with data integration to ensure business data flows smoothly across systems
* Supporting the preparation and creation of IFS-related training materials
* Maintaining user permission sets and role configurations
* Keeping the IFS SharePoint site up to date
* Administering IFS trackers, registers, and logs
Location
We have offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Southampton, Plymouth, and Fareham and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites or to attend meetings may be required. This role is available part-time, job-share, or full time.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is highly skilled in digital tools and technology, with a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in project controls, information management, and technology implementation. A background or interest in ERP best practices would be beneficial, as would a commitment to continuous improvement and accuracy.
