Adult Social Care & Health - Adult Social Care
About Us
Bexley is an outer London Borough with the best of both worlds, located between the hustle and bustle of London and the Garden of England, Kent. Within the borough we have award winning parks, open spaces and listed heritage sites.
Here at Bexley Care, we are transforming our practice model to support our commitment to providing the highest level of care. Our determination consistently to achieve positive outcomes drives the changes we have made. We are now looking for professionals who share our passion to join us as we move towards an exciting future. We strive to promote independence, giving as much control to service users as we can, allowing them to make decisions that have such an impact on them. We firmly believe that all adults deserve to live their lives with as much dignity as possible. With increased investment and dedicated staff, we’re working to achieve exactly that.
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is one of the best established and regarded mental health trusts in the country and was rated Good in the recent CQC inspection. Working together with the London Borough of Bexley, it provides a fully integrated, dynamic, modern and responsive mental health service. This has evolved further since April of this year to be fully integrated with Adult Social Care colleagues and Community Health Services to form Bexley Care.
