We need experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Outbound Sales Team.
The role is to call existing customers and convert these calls into Sales using effective listening and questioning from a portfolio of deals.
First 2 weeks training : Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Ongoing : Hours of work : Monday to Thursday - 09:30-18:30 / Friday - 09:30-15:30
Key Responsibilities :
Handling outgoing calls to customers
Exploring Customer needs and offering products from portfolio
Effectively questioning to highlight upselling opportunities
Achieving and exceeding the range of sales
Required Skills / Experience :
Have previous Sales experience working within a target driven environment
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Ability to use multiple systems
Able to learn new skills
Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
