Logistics People are looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our team. To support the day-to-day operational requirements in terms of stock administration, client requests, and liaison within the depot. To offer outstanding customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment and provide a continuous professional dedicated service.
Location: Minworth, Great Bear
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00 Shift Available
Pay rate: £12.50 P/hr
Position: Customer Service Operative
As a Customer Service Operative for Logistics People, your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
* Reconcile goods inbound paperwork
* Management of daily floor checks and execution of the reports to conclusion
* Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external clients
* Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care
* Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures
* Scanning PODs and chasing PODs from hauliers and other depots
* Ensure completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders
* Control the timely manner and accurate receipt of sales orders, ensuring they are available to the operational teams within agreed timeframes
* To communicate with clients by email or phone, ensuring queries are dealt with and managed in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate with internal teams to achieve query resolution for clients
* Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, thereby attaining client retention
* To ensure all day-to-day administration duties are carried out in a timely and professional manner
* To ensure cover is available for the team when required
* Any ad-hoc administration duties as directed by your Manager
