HR Advisor (Multisite) Permanent Position £35000-£37500 East Grinstead (with travel to Crawley and occasionally Burgess Hill) Tony Alan is honoured to have partnered with an evolving and award-winning organisation based in East Grinstead to help them recruit a HR Advisor. This dynamic organisation is looking for a highly motivated HR Advisor to join the team, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR Support across multiple locations (including East Grinstead, Crawley and Burgess Hill) ensuring effective employee relations, compliance with employment law and the promotion of inclusive employment practices. As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for circa 230 employees in your business area. Such duties will include but will not be limited to: Providing coaching, guidance, and support to managers in handling employee relations matters (Disciplinary, grievance absence management) Conduct investigations, attend hearings, and ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, offering advice on HR policies, procedures and best practices Promote a positive working environment through effective engagement initiatives and employee feedback Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing employment of individuals Advocate for an inclusive and diverse workplace culture through training, awareness sessions and policy development Ensure policies and procedures are up to date Maintain accurate employee records Generate reports and HR related data when required Assist with projects including employee engagement surveys To be successful in this role you will have proven experience operating as a HR Advisor ideally within an operational environment. You will strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices with proven experience in managing complex ER cases. You will be passionate about HR, have a positive "cando" attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role demands someone with strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver challenging time-scales. CIPD would be desirable.
