I’m delighted to be working with a well established client based in Chelmsford looking for an experienced purchase ledger assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing goods received notes to purchase orders - Setting up and subcontractor payments - Reconciling statements - Handling supplier queries - Processing BACS run
Additional duties involve taking phone calls, scanning documents, filing, monitoring the inbox, and reporting.
The role requires experience in high-volume processing, working to deadlines, and being proactive and assertive within a team. It also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
