Energus have over 10 years’ experience managing Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes across the UK, addressing skills shortages across the nuclear industry and ensure a continuous pipeline of talent into the industry. Together, we are looking for a new Senior HR & Employee Experience Advisor to champion our people strategy, lead employee engagement, and help us continue to be an employer of choice for early careers talent. Responsibilities include: Our graduate programmes are more than just a pathway into industry—they’re about building a solid foundation for the leaders of tomorrow. As Senior Advisor, you’ll be central to ensuring our graduates have an outstanding experience from day one. You’ll be the driving force behind: Creating inclusive, engaging employee experiences tailored to early-career professionals. Overseeing HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, contracts, and benefits. Designing onboarding, performance management, and wellbeing strategies that set talent up for success. Leading offboarding and alumni engagement to capture long-term impact and keep connections strong. Developing the HR systems and frameworks that underpin the full graduate lifecycle. We're looking for candidates who have: A CIPD qualification in HR A solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices. A strategic mindset, combined with hands-on execution. Passion for employee engagement, wellbeing and EDI. Experience working with graduate or apprenticeship programmes (desirable). Confidence in managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external. Don't meet every single requirement?
