Reporting to the Asset Manager, the role will be accountable for creating and maintaining Building Systems that provide a safe, functional, comfortable, efficient and sustainable environment to inspire students, staff and visitors. - ABOUT YOU - - You will develop and maintain standards in relation to Building Systems and assets, supported by external specialists where required, to deliver a fit for purpose estate that is aligned to support the delivery of the institutional strategic plan - You will provide technical advice and services in relation to Building Systems and assets including assuring standards and quality levels for projects, refurbishments, asset purchases and maintenance and have accountability for long term building condition, asset uptime and system resilience - You will support the Asset Manager in contributing to strategic matters affecting the directorate and University Please find our employee benefits on our website.
