We looking for a professional and organised individual to join our busy but very friendly team. As the first point of contact for KN, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. We do not necessarily require any prior corporate front of house experience. We are, however, looking for professional customer service backgrounds, and an all-round discreet, proactive and organised work ethic. Duties for the First Impression Assistant will include; greeting visitors to building, responding to emails and phone calls appropriately, managing room bookings, booking taxis and travel, assisting with firm-wide events and data collection and reporting, as and when appropriate.
