Juice Cheltenham are delighted to be supporting an established and dynamic business who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly team DAY TO DAY: Supporting the recruitment process - Assist with recruitment campaigns, job classification, and onboarding/new starter inductions Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Help resolve employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and sickness absence Working closely with the Head of HR and supporting any projects and impleading any wellbeing and retention schemes Creating and manage company policies with any updated legislation changes Implementing learning and development training plans for all departments to support and progress employees Experience and Requirements: Experience working in a HR Advisor role ideally 2 years Experience implementing any Learning and Development changes is desirable Experience handling a variety of employee relations issues ideally within a blue collar work force CIPD qualified is not essential but desirable A high level of attention to detail Able to manage time and work well under pressure If you have previous HR Advisor experience and are looking to work for a friendly and positive environment we would love to hear from you Full Time - Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm Salary - £28,000-£33,000 per annum depending on experience
