You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across their locations, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.
3. Manage supply chain logistics, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
4. Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
8. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold the brand's high standards.

9. Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the specialty coffee or food and beverage industry.
10. Demonstrated success in managing and scaling operations in a growing start-up environment.
