Responsibilities: Support pupils with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one or small group basis. Assist in implementing individual behaviour plans. Adapt to different school settings and build rapport quickly with staff and students. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (essential). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to travel to schools within the Scarborough area. A calm and patient approach to handling challenging situations.
