The hours of work are flexible and generally between 8.40am and 3.30pm with an unpaid morning and lunch breaks. This is a term time only contract commencing ASAP. Under the direction and supervision of the class teacher core responsibilities include:
Working as an TA/SNA across the schoolFollowing the instructions of the class teacher and SENCOClarifying and explaining instructions Communicating effectivelyMotivating pupils to learn Organising the learning environment Key Accountabilities will be: Assisting in the delivery of day to day learning activities Discussing with and reporting back to teacher on pupil’s work Organising and maintaining the learning environment Working as part of a team Maintaining confidentiality inside and outside the workplace Understanding and applying school policiesThe TA and SNA may be required to undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the class teacherWe offer a lovely setting, excellent facilities and resources, supportive colleagues and enthusiastic children.
