Admin Officer - Children's Home £25,802 - £27,484 per annum Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs Permanent About the role We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our Children’s Home and support our management team, providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently. In this busy and varied role, you will; Deal with enquires from all departments, family members and external agencies, prioritising and redirecting queries as appropriate.Assist the management team to provide relevant information to regulatory bodies.Arrange and attend key meetings, take minutes, circulating information as appropriate, ensuing all actions are followed through within the required timeframes.Make a positive contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. About you You will be highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and problem solve. As you will be the first point of contact, we are looking for someone with a friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to their work whilst also respecting the need for confidentiality and sensitivity. Ideally you will have working knowledge/experience of a children’s home or health and care environment. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
