Deep understanding of Product Marketing with a Data-Driven approach to drive growth.
Optimising the e-commerce/website Customer Experience & Customer Journey.
Ensure products resonate with customers while aligning with brand values.
Lead ecommerce/website experience initiatives - ensure compelling storytelling, effective merchandising & a seamless Customer Journey.
Leverage key Digital Marketing Channels such as - Meta & Google - optimise online presence & customer acquisition efforts.
Analyse data to understand - customer behaviour & market trends.
Collaborate with Product Marketing team - ensure product offerings are well-represented & aligned with customer expectations & brand ethos.
Foster a culture of experimentation & innovation - continuously testing innovative approaches.
