One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Admin Assistant on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week. Overview: Working as part of the Clinical Health Team within the Physiotherapy department, assisting with the running of the Aquatherapy treatment sessions at the Sutton Inclusion Centre. Main Responsibilities: Checking and testing all equipment ready for use in the Aquatherapy area, i.e. beds and hoists Welcoming clients and keeping Aqua rooms and pool area clean and tidy Directing clients to the changing rooms providing correct bed/chair and or sling Operating hoists in/out of the pool (training will be given) Fully conversant with pool evacuation protocol (training will be given) Reporting any damage/breakages, H & S Issues to the Physiotherapist Ensure pool readings have been written up in pool area by facilities Organising the cleaning of pool equipment and slings Assist Physiotherapist or physio assistant when required Tidying and clearing up after each session and client departure including wash down of pool area If you are interested in this vacancy, please send your CV to Jahker Miah from Coyle Personnel Ltd
