Operations Analyst I mmediate opening for Surface Team One (ST1) Support Analyst. Duties include: · Program Management and Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Support · Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN), Community of Practice (CoP), and Forum Support · Provide technical, administrative, and programmatic services for efforts aimed at improving surface ship readiness through Surface Team One (ST1) · Analyze information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and apply continuous process improvement to all tasks. Apply Knowledge Management tools and resources for tracking, achieving and communicating team objectives and accomplishments. Manage the day-to-day operations of support team activities, including planning/coordinating team meetings, tracking/managing action items, and coordinating with other related teams. · Draft and promote a strategic communication plan that shares the leadership’s goals and objectives with stakeholders and promotes ST1 efforts. · Plan and track progress of all ST1 related projects. Gather and display ST1 progress reports, metrics, and performance data and provide analysis for ST1 leadership to improve ST1 efforts. · Populate and maintain the ST1 SharePoint site by performing SharePoint support duties including but not limited to: Update existing Sites, Sub-Sites, list, libraries, and workflows. Document and organize event data and program content for filtering and tracking purposes. Work closely with ST1 stakeholders to elicit and define content requirements and translate business processes into meaningful SharePoint management capabilities. Plan, design,, test, document, migrate, and implement new SharePoint solutions as program and IT needs evolve. Grant user account access, manage permission levels, and troubleshoot access issues. · Populate and maintain the Master Integrated Calendar (MIC) listing of relevant Surface Enterprise Events (i.e. large conferences, Forums, and KSN/CoP meetings). · Develop a comprehensive assessment of capabilities, implementing readiness improvements through structured strategic planning, knowledge management tools, and communications aimed at improving situational awareness across the enterprise. (CDRL A004) · Assist in reporting on ST1 related activity by developing draft briefs and informational reports for the ST1 government leadership including but not limited to the ESC and Governance Council (GC) Surface ship maintenance process (end to end process) experience required Knowledge of Navy Maintenance Data systems a plus. Executive level communications and briefing skills a plus. Knowledge Management experience a plus.
