As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will work alongside experienced teams to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, drafting, owning, and maintaining all HSE standards and requirements. Overseeing site activities, with a particular focus on safety procedures. Providing health and safety guidance to site teams and management. Conducting regular site inspections and audits. Investigating incidents and carrying out inspections. Compiling and completing compliance reports and site documentation. Reporting to site management on safety-related matters. Delivering training sessions as required. Working proactively with client representatives to ensure project specifications are met. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor with a civil engineering contractor. Previous experience working on civil engineering projects is essential. NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications. IEMA Associate certification. Full UK driving licence.
