About the role
Vision For Education is excited to offer this bespoke opportunity to support passionate individuals entering the education sector. We collaborate with client schools to provide successful Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience.
After a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will assist in securing a paid placement in a school to develop your skills. We will help you establish your identity as an educator and choose your specialist area across Key Stage 3 & 4, working with children aged 11-16.
Before starting your placement, you will need to complete a FREE comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, which will equip you with essential skills to work as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. The most effective TAs have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children's daily needs. They can build strong relationships with staff, children, and families.
The role varies by school. You may support class teachers, run small group interventions, or work on a 1:1 basis to meet individual children's needs and help them thrive.
