Job Summary Metroline Manchester, a key operator within the Bee Network under TfGM are looking for a dedicated and proactive Mobile Route Performance Supervisor to join the team. This role is crucial in maintaining punctuality, quality, and customer satisfaction across key locations and interchanges within the Bee Network. The role involves working across various locations within Greater Manchester, including outdoor environments. Responsibilities Supervise and evaluate bus routes for punctuality, adherence to schedules, and overall service reliability. Conduct on-site inspections at various interchanges and key locations within the Bee Network. Assess the condition and cleanliness of buses to ensure they meet TfGM and Bee Network standards. Evaluate driver performance, including adherence to safety protocols, customer service quality, and driving behaviour. Serve as a point of contact for customers at interchanges, offering assistance with route information, ticketing, and general inquiries. Collect and report data on route performance, customer feedback, and operational issues. Experience in public transport operations, with a focus on bus services. Strong understanding of Greater Manchester’s transport network and geography, including the Bee Network. Proficiency in using digital tools and software for reporting and communication. Hours of Work Full time 38 hours per week – permanent contract Flexibility required for hours/days worked (including weekends) in line with operational requirements.
