The Job:
* Provide strategic leadership in enterprise architecture, driving innovation and alignment across the business by collaborating with senior leaders, architects, and technology teams to create a cohesive architectural vision.
* Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
* Translate business goals into architectural principles, standards, and guidelines.
* Lead the enterprise data architecture team, providing direction and mentorship.
* Advocate for architectural excellence and best practices.
* Collaborate with the ELT to integrate architecture into decision-making processes.
* Take a comprehensive view of the organization, considering business processes, data, applications, and infrastructure.
* Identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and innovation.
* Ensure architectural consistency across projects and initiatives.
* Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes while minimizing disruption.
* Evaluate the impact of architectural decisions on existing systems and processes.
* Champion agile and adaptive approaches to change management.
* Work closely with business domain leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
* Collaborate with specialized architects (e.g., business, data, security) to create integrated solutions.
* Communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Assess architectural risks related to scalability, security, compliance, and interoperability.
* Mitigate risks by recommending appropriate architectural patterns and solutions.
* Apply TOGAF principles, frameworks, and methodologies to guide architectural decisions.
* Ensure compliance with TOGAF standards and practices.
The Person:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
* TOGAF certification (Level 2 or higher) is essential.
* Proven experience in enterprise architecture, including strategic planning, solution design, and implementation.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
