Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Primary Teacher to create a positive learning environment and support student development. This full-time role requires lesson planning, engaging teaching, and active participation in school life.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for primary-aged students.
* Use effective assessment strategies to track and support student progress.
* Differentiate lesson plans to support students with SEND and EAL needs.
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and fellow staff members.
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on progress.
* Attend staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school events to contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
* Primary Teaching Qualification with PGCE and QTS (or equivalent).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and staff.
* Ability to plan dynamic lessons tailored to individual student needs.
* Confidence in leading a classroom and directing support staff effectively.
* Commitment to professional development and participation in school activities.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – sponsorship available on a conditional basis).
