About this role
As Junior Consultant, you will support a range of consultancy projects, gaining experience with leading businesses in the real estate sector. You will contribute technical excellence and data insights to projects and business development activities, supporting the delivery of complex solutions for our clients. This role requires you to work with industry leaders and play an important role in shaping and delivering their vision through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Deliver project inputs to time, quality, and budget requirements. Support global data management and environmental reporting projects.
2. Technical Input: Analyze the environmental performance of buildings, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and interpretation.
3. Business Development & Proposal Writing: Assist in proposal creation and support the team towards achieving sales targets.
4. Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage your own time effectively.
5. Environmental: Contribute to Verco’s sustainability targets and internal CSR team objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, mathematics, geography, environmental science, economics, or a relevant subject with a minimum 2:1 classification.
2. Some experience of supporting/advising clients on technical issues associated with energy efficiency or sustainability.
3. Knowledge of wider sustainability issues & energy/carbon management.
4. High level of competence in IT, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
5. A passion for sustainability and a professional appearance.
