Our client is a luxury health club & spa based in Weybridge. They are currently seeking a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations of the club.
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week – office based)
Salary: £30k per annum + attractive benefits
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process payroll for all permanent and contract employees with accuracy and timeliness.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
* Address payroll-related inquiries, providing expert support to employees.
* Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
* Oversee the calculation, deduction, and payment of payroll taxes and contributions.
* Ensure payroll processes align with company policies and collective agreements.
* Oversee payroll systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
* Provide guidance and resolve payroll-related issues for team members.
* Handle sensitive payroll data confidentially and professionally.
