You will be essential in completing jobs to a high standard while meeting customer needs and complying with legislation. We seek applicants with a broad skill range, including experience of painting, mould rectifications, PVC, and external timber repairs, and the ability to use resin/filers. We are looking for self-sufficient, positive, polite, and approachable individuals willing to learn and work with our IT systems. A full job profile is attached to this advert. What you need to be successful: Time served Painter Decorator skilled in external property maintenance and related tasks. A NVQ Level 2 Painter Decorator or equivalent qualification would be advantageous. You will need to demonstrate a punctual, proactive attitude with a positive demeanour and be capable of working safely and efficiently without supervision. Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the community, along with excellent customer service skills. Basic IT skills with ability to use iPad and you must hold a full driving license.
