You will be working for a well established Property Maintenance who offer excellent career progression and development.

The Role:

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be monitoring the progress of the contract, assess and report any changes that will affect the time scale or costs. Furthermore, you will be liaising with the Contracts Managers to ensure that all project requirements and specifications are met.

Your Responsibilities:

- Assist in controlling the budgets

- Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast.

- Value and authorise payments

- Prepare monthly valuation reports
