Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing essential administrative skills. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks that support the smooth operation of our business, providing a solid foundation for a career in business administration.
Duties
1. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
2. Manage office communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
3. Organise and maintain files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
4. Support the accounting team by generating invoices.
5. Support coordination of training, including updating data and reports.
6. Help with the preparation of classrooms and training materials.
7. Manage stock of books and resources, and carry out purchasing.
8. Support Directors with a range of tasks, as required.
Qualifications
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
2. Familiarity with office procedures and administrative functions is advantageous.
3. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
4. Competent in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a professional setting.
